All accounts receive an invoice with delivery, followed by a statement at the beginning of next month. All statements are due in full by the end of the same month. Account statements paid in full by the 10th of the month will receive a 3% discount for check and a 2% discount for credit card charge. 2% finance charges will be applied on any invoices aged over 30 days. Any bill more then 60 days past due will require special payment arrangements.
All new customers will be billed on a C.O.D. basis until credit application is receive completed.
For your convenience, we are able to take credit cards as payment. To simplify your accounting and to ensure timely discount, we encourage you to authorize us to automatically charge your bankcard before the 10th of each month and allow you the 2% discount.
